Terms of Service

A deposit of 50% of the total agreed project cost is required before Solar Busters Birmingham will order any materials for your installation.

The remaining balance of 50% is due upon completion of the installation work.

Alternative payment arrangements may be agreed upon, provided they are confirmed in writing by both parties before installation commences. Verbal agreements regarding payment terms will not be honoured.

Phone, text, and email quotes are provided free of charge. These remote estimates are based on information and measurements supplied by the customer and are subject to verification.

All remote quotes require on-site verification before a final price is confirmed. Actual pricing may vary following verification if the site conditions, glass specifications, or scope of work differ from the information provided.

On-site quotes within our general service area — Jefferson, Shelby, and St. Clair Counties — are provided free of charge.

Properties located outside our general service area may be subject to a quote visit charge to cover extended operational and fuel costs. This charge will be communicated to you before any site visit is scheduled, and will be credited against the project cost should you proceed with the installation.

Any variation to the standard payment terms set out above must be agreed in writing prior to the commencement of any installation work. This includes, but is not limited to, staged payments, extended payment periods, or deferred deposit arrangements.

Solar Busters Birmingham reserves the right to decline to commence or continue any installation where agreed payment terms have not been met.

Materials are ordered specifically for each project and may be non-returnable. The deposit is used to cover the cost of materials procurement. In the event of a cancellation after materials have been ordered, the deposit may be non-refundable.

Solar Busters Birmingham will provide a written estimate detailing the scope of work, materials to be used, and total project cost prior to requesting any deposit.
